  The groom was promised a new shirt as his collar had bubbled but no shirt was ordered leading to a frantic search in the store for a replacement a day before the wedding. Despite measuring us in the store one of the party was given trousers an inch and a half too short.

  After that the best man ended up wearing a different shirt as his original one had a cigarette burn on and the cufflinks provided were a very low quality. One cufflink broke on putting it into the cuff leading to the whole party having to forgo using them.

  As part of a large groomsman party I had a bad experience at this store. The measurements were off on a number of the groomsmen, shirt orders and re-orders were forgotten about and the quality of the clothing was poor despite the cost of the rentals.

In addition to the great choices, what was most impressive was watching various staff members help out when needed to create a seamless experience. Thank you for adding some colour to my life and for the awesome service.

  The whole affair added an element of unnecessary stress to the entire wedding party. Poor communication between the store staff and the Toronto warehouse plagued the service we received and there is clearly a particular problem at this store in how parties and their requests are managed when moving from one staff member to the next. Lack of continuity in staff and their approach to dealing with the group added to the negative experience.

  I wouldn't bother renting from this place if you can avoid it. They don't deserve your money and the cost certainly doesn't match the quality of clothes you receive in return.

  Finally, to top off the horrible and stressful experience the groom's trousers split on the side seem of one leg during the wedding day.
