  I have been using Shopper''s Drug Mart for many years, but after the way I have been spoken to by the Male pharmacist I have made a change I have been wanting to do for a long time. I have three Doctors in charge of my health and we work together very hard. I am honest, but I know I am complex patient. I don't need to be spoken down to. I have worked in the medical system since I was 9 years old, stocking shelves until I was trained as a full assistant when we got the first computer system in Calgary working Nursing Homes. I will be emailing the owner regarding this issue. I have two remaining rx's there but I think I will phone my pain doctor to see if we can transfer the last two. They have lost a good patient.and I wish I didn't need the medications, but at Greg's Pharmacy they treat me with respect. They deliver once a day, but that is fine, I can order my rx's in time.

  Every single time I have come to this particular location, the pharmacist is in a deep conversation with a co worker or standing at the computer and extremely annoyed that he has to end the conversation or stop what he is doing to help.

  Some extra thought in regards to my childs health would be appreciated, patients look up to their pharmacist and can be intimidated by the endless lists of medications out there.
