    We settled on several options, and the tech reviewed with me the various features of each support appliance. Time was taken in the demonstration fitting of the knee brace, and thorough explanation given. I ended up with a quality appliance, that is comfortable and supportive - alleviated my apprehension.

    I didn't have to wait, was approached by staff member upon entering store, and offered coffee, while I waited for staff, presenting self as knowledgable and trained in the various types of supports offered.
