  My fiance stayed here for 9 weeks while working in the hat. At his check in he told the owners that me and our 3 kids would come out on weekends. The first weekend it was just me and the male owner came to the door at 9:30pm and told me I couldn't stay there... completely treated me like a hooker. I slammed the door in his face and 10 minutes later the wife came over and knocked on the door. She was looking past me into the room and talking to me like I was garbage. We got into it and I slammed the door on her as well. My fiance called and lost it on them.

  For the next 8 weeks, they rummaged through his belongings while "cleaning" which they don't do very well. They would turn his AC off on 30 degree days so he came back to a sweltering hot room after working in the heat. They left the outside door open while cleaning too so it ended up feeling like you were sleeping in Africa because of the flies that were flying around your head.

  The owners are nosey and rude and feel like they have the right to enter at anytime. They tried to charge my fiance for an extra day when he checked out and told him he was trouble. Well owners... that trouble just paid you 2000 for 2 months and filled that room that otherwise would have sat empty in your dive hotel... oh and next year when he comes out... he will be staying somewhere else.

  Some weekends when I would bring our young kids out the man would come knock on the door at 10pm and it would scare them.

  One of the best places to stay in the hat, their prices beat any of the other motels. Really friendly staff, very impressed.

  Do not stay here for longer than 1 night. Go to any other motel in Medicine Hat.

  manager is rude!!!! ( actually only the female manger & only to female guests) the rooms are cheap for a reason. Between the flies, beetles infesting your room, dirty towels, hard beds and horrible cleaning job, save your money and buy a tent, cuz it would be better than staying here!
