  This is a real gem for anyone looking to find high quality olive oil and balsamic vinegars. Their inventory of infused oils is second to none, and is combined with a large selection of balsamics. Selection of straight extra virgin was limited at the time of our visit, but they were expecting a large delivery the next day. Staff is very knowledgeable and able to assist with making a choice. Location is easy to get to in downtown Medicine Hat. Highly recommend a visit.

  If you are in Medicine Hat, or coming through town on your way to Calgary, take a break and visit downtown. There's been a big revitalization project that has breathed new life into the area. And don't miss this shop. I've sampled olive oils from all over the world and The Hat's Olive Tap has the best selection in southern Alberta and Saskatchewan. Try a sample and engage your taste buds.
