    I have never had such inept people "helping" me out. Because of their inability to get a simple order right, my house was delayed 3 months. I had email confirmation that the order list I provided was taken care of and they still "forgot" to order plumbing fixtures. They cost me thousands of dollars in carrying charges. Complained to the management and they pretty much just laughed at me and said too bad.
