  We purchased all of our large kitchen appliances there because they gave us the best prices on top end appliances and they facilitated getting those items to us on our schedule (which was many months later).

  Got a call re VIP event from my sales guy Dennis... happened to be looking to replace an appliance... worked out great. I hate high pressure sales and I know that I will be respected if I need time to think it over. Truly appreciated the knowledge of the product as well.

  I have purchases quite a few pieces of furniture from the Medicine Hat location and the service is always top drawer. They remember me when I come in and they know my tastes and budget. The support staff is great too. Kudos to Mark and Jennifer, my sales favorites. Their delivery and set-up team also do a great job.

  Bought some leather couches, we were told they were very durable. I have had leather before and own cats. my old couches were 20 some years old and held up very nicely. These new couches scratch with little effort. when you pay $5000.00 for quality you would expect to get it. I called to see if they could be exchanged for fabric knowing full well I would take a money loss, before any damage was done but they choose not to return my calls. Never again will I buy from there or recommend it to anyone. It is to bad, I was going to buy a $10,000 bed there. I will be shopping else where . I wouldn't have given this post any stars but you can't post unless there is one

  Our experience at Medicine Hat Ashley's is first class, every time we go we are met by none pushy people. This is our number 1 store for our home furnishing. We deal with Jen and she is why we keep going back, with her and the store manager they both make us feel special. Thank you Ashley's
