  Excellent customer service and great long lasting flowers. I just recently had an order delivered that wasn't as pictured from the website and part of the order got forgotten. Having had such great experiences in the past and this one just not quiet hitting the mark, I felt it was necessary to reach out and let them know about it. It was rectified right away and they went above and beyond expectations to do so! Very impressed and they will forever be my go to flower shop in Medicine Hat :)

  Always eager to help kind and curtious I always feel I get more for my buck and the flowers seem to last forever or at least long than I'm used too.

  Buyer Beware - if you want the arrangement to look like the one you've picked online, make sure you contact the store directly as they will substitute with the flowers they have whether or not the final arrangement looks nothing like the one you picked. The quality of the flowers was great and I was contacted quickly after I left a message but was offered no options to fix it. I was very disappointed that I wasn't contacted in advance to let me know they had zero orange flowers even though orange was a major colour in the bouquet (hence the arrangement looked very little like the one I ordered). Note - I tried to leave this review on their webpage however it hasn't shown up yet....it seems like only four or five star ratings show.
