  The service was great in all aspects. We were visiting Med Hat for our sons hockey tournament and stayed 2 nights. The food and service in the restaurant was great. We also rented a meeting room for a team meal and social and the staff was amazing. The only negative to the hotel is that it is quite dated and in need of renovations.

  We have always had a good experience here. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is great. One of the major draws for us is the water slides as our daughter loves the water. It is an older building but well maintained. The staff have also never treated us with anything other than professionalism and respect. We have stayed here a several times over the last few years and will stay here again in the future.

  We stayed here one night for a birthday party for my sister. It seemed that the night we stayed, there were about 15 more parties and a full hockey team that rolled onto the pool deck to no supervision. The hotel has a casino in it with a lounge which is nice. The casino itself isn't anything to jump the fence for but if you like to gamble, that's the place. All in all, "kid friendly" but keep an eye on them at all times. Personally, I'd stay somewhere else.

  The Medicine Hat Lodge is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful at any time. I always get a pet friendly room as I travel with my dog, Daisy. The rooms are a good size and tastefully decorated with very comfortable seating and equally comfortable bed.

  The breakfast in the morning is buffet style with plenty to eat and very reasonable priced.

  They have a pool and water slide on the premises as well as a casino, bar and lounge. #1 in my books.

  Went for dinner with the family on Christmas Eve, we didn't have a reservation and we're told we had a 30 - 45 min wait for a table. We were seated within 10min. The food was delicious (had the prime rib) and the staff were awesome. Can't wait to visit again.
