  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! Made an appointment 6 months in advance and have to leave early from work to meet the person that is coming to replace a window. They don't show up or even call. I call and the woman who answers the phone tells me Oh well they won't be coming then today. No offer to reschedule. No apologies. Unbelievably unprofessional.

  Then they call to say we have a bill from them that they didn't bother to send us.

  Then a couple days later we find out he didn't bother to close the window, pulled down the blind and left the screen out. This in a child's bedroom and a home with three dogs and two cats, I have a second floor window left open. Just lovely. Then we had to go find a ladder to go get it closed from outside as it doesn't crank closed.

  Fast forward to April, finally hear back and they send someone else out. Guy comes tells us we need to pull out the whole window and risk breaking it (which they wouldn't be at fault for)

  Doing business with South Country Glass is a pleasure!! We had 3 big mirrors that I wanted to cut to different sizes for the bathrooms and also some pieces of glass for our green house and they took them and cut them within a day... prices are fair and the people are really nice!!

  Funny, guess I should have read reviews before I called. Had them come to my house in October to check a window that wouldn't close. Told me I needed new hinges, they would order and call me in a week.
