  Absolutely WORST service I've ever had! Brought in my 2002 Passat, told them it's a specialty asked if they could do it and they said yes. Two hours later they call me, they tell me they drained my transmission fluid from the pan and that the bolts were rusted and wouldn't be removable. I was just under my car last week changing the flex pipe it's well kept and undercoated, the bolts are easily removable and the only reason I didn't do this job myself was because I don't have a specialty pump needed for VW/Audi. So they didn't change my filter, but they drained my fluid from the pan then filled it up! Charged me 4L + 1L additive, the manual says that the pan holds 3.2 L I believe. They also charged me for the service and they didn't do ANYTHING. Anyone can unscrew the bolt and drain the fluid and fill it back up and charge for it And if the pan wasn't removable they should have never touched it and or noticed before they drained it for nothing. DON'T EVER give them business. I've never taken the time to write a bad review before. But this was too far! $95 for NOTHING

  Great service & super friendly people!! We broke down with our RV in Medicine Hat after my husbands transmission went in his truck in mid July. They rebuilt his transmission & torque converter with upgraded parts. We had it towed there Tuesday late morning and they had it done by Thursday by 5pm. So quick and all for a reasonable price! On top of this all, they drove my husband around on Tuesday to find a rental vehicle for us!! We would highly recommend them to anyone!! I would have given them more stars if I could have!

  Awesome service, they rebuilt me a ZF6 standard transmission, showed me the old grenaded parts, changed a window regulator switch for free. They're the only place around with a ZF factory trained tech. Money well spent in my opinion. Unfortunately, stupid clients give alot of automotive businesses bad reviews.

  Really friendly service, very competent mechanics and advice. Took my truck in for a T-case rebuild and they took care of it for less than what a used one would cost to buy. They checked my rear diff, found the pinion pin was coming loose which could have been a 15 minute drive on the highway from grenading the thing. Got it all replaced. They gave me a deal so that this could all be affordable. Best transmission shop I have ever been to.

  Wont ever take my car there ever again, just a complete headache to deal with, they are very slow and dont call to give you an update if there is a problem or if they have to extend the date! I have stuff I need to do, and it is very very hard to do that when you cant drive your car, anywhere would have been faster than this, and now I have to waist more money trying to find rides or getting a taxi. 10/10 not going back.
