  Tho i was without a vehicle for 6 days due to the wrong rims being ordered by another store location, the guys at kal took care of the problem as fast as they could ordering new rims and instal. Great service. Ill be back.

  My boyfriend and I were on holidays just passing through medicine hat for one night and had a really bad grinding noise in our truck along with the breaks feeling pretty bad. We phoned and talked with Justin and although they were busy he told us to bring it by. He kept us informed as we left it overnight as to what he and the mechanic had found looking at it. The next day we picked it up as they were doing a quick test drive in the parking lot and we heard the mechanic laugh so loud because there was a loose screw near the mud flap that was causing the tire to grind. We we're thrilled it wasn't anything major. All the staff were friendly and professional towards us. Justin specifically was a great great help! We are now back on our road trip thanks to this Kal tire :)

  Extremely Poor Service. Damaged my Vehicle and will end up in spending repairs done due to their ignominious ethical and professional workmanship. Truly a disgraceful outfit. Never go there

  I've used them several times for basic car repairs and tire changes, oil changes and had a friend that needed the whole side of their car repaired after being smashed into. They do a good job and are pretty friendly.

  Have been a long time customer at this location. Have noticed more recently that this locations customer service, honesty and quality of work have all picked up. Pricing is often really good, especially when you consider the quality of service. Generally a good location to go to.
