  service is very very very slow. I like McDonald's coffee, but whenever i go to this location for one, i stand in line for at least 15 minutes every time without anyone even acknowledging the fact that I'm standing at the til. Once i finally get my order, 9 times out of 10, my coffee is made completely wrong or just simply not stirred. The managers are all very rude, ignorant people and they didn't train those poor kids well at all. If you are fine losing your sanity just trying to get a coffee, this place is the bomb.

  This is a basic McDonald's. If you do the drive-through there is a very good chance you will end up waiting because it is so busy. If you have kids, the play area is always packed but usually clean which is shocking. I also don't remember a time where we couldn't find a clean table - not a normal McDonald's experience. They do a great job keeping this one up. We have encountered the following over the last year: no beef on burger order, an egg instead of meat on hamburger, no bottom bun on kids burger, no mayo on McChicken, apples instead of fries, and drink mistakes galore from drive through. In person has always been perfect.

  No complaining here. Except maybe they could be faster with the coffee. Now on a separate visit it was good but they need to have more than one person taking orders and doing coffee.

  Was really busy with little staff, they did the best they could. My Granddaughter really likes the play house and it's been to cold to go out so that was nice.

  Slow service, poor organisation, no receipt given, no opportunity to give feedback without receipt. I placed an order for a single serving of fries at the kiosk. The kiosk did not print a receipt, only told me my order number. I then waited 20 minutes for my single serving of fries while orders that came in after mine were served ahead of me. Would have loved to fill out the online survey, but you can't do this without knowing the location number, so they get an honest review on Google instead. Won't be coming back to this location
