  I was swindled! There's no other way to describe this. I booked Action Auger to come clean out a partially clogged sewer service. On the phone, it's apparently completely outside the realm of what is humanly possible to provide any sort of pricing information. But there's no delay in mentioning the $70 fee just for showing up. I had already received a sewer service inspection via camera from the City, so naturally I had no need for another camera inspection. Nor would I expect to be charged for one. However, the "gentlemen" plumbers can't see a way to put an auger into a sewer service without a thorough camera inspection. Why would I pay for something I had just gotten free of charge two days prior!? Long story short: they wanted nearly $500 to auger out my sewer service. Since no one in their right mind would pay $500 for that, I sent them on their way. But not before these hucksters got $70 out of me for doing nothing. How is it considered proper practice to withhold all pricing information until after they charge you $70 just for ringing your doorbell?? It's NOT proper! They pat you on the back with one hand and pick your pocket with the other! Go with ANYONE else and if a business won't provide any sort of pricing outline over the phone, don't use them! Learn from my costly mistake.

  Brilliant service! Kurt came out and not only fixed leak, but also helped with a bathroom sink issue we had. I was given a fair price for excellent work. Would definitely recommend to friends!

  24/7 bs they don’t even answer there phones. Maybe they should contemplate changing there name to 5 days a week cause there useless on weekends

  We just signed up to the Diamond Club membership with total confidence. Having called out these wonderful people for the second time in 8 months, this was really a "no brainer". We know when they show up they are not leaving without it getting fixed at a SET and PREAGREED price, and, it's done with a bit of style and class.
