  The costumer service at Roset By Reid is second to none. They are the first place that I contact and go to for any jewelry needs. Chelsea Roset Siggelkow is an amazingly sales person with a great sense of style. Using this sense of style she has helped me with all of my purchases and given me excellent advice. There prices are the best in Medicine Hat by far and with impeccable costumer service make them the best best value out of any jewelry store in the province of Alberta.

  What more is there to say about Roset by Reid, there is a reason they have been a successful business in this city for as long as they have. From the first moment I walked into Roset and was greeted by Chelsea, I could see what separated a local business from a franchise store in the mall. Chelsea made the process of selecting an engagement ring beyond enjoyable. Her knowledge of every stone, company and style gave me so much confidence in knowing what I was getting. When the day came and my ring was in, it exceeded my expectations. The ring was not only beautiful, but was one of a kind. To this day my wife still gets compliments on her ring. Since that day, I have purchased a wedding band and a set of pearl earrings from Roset. All have led to an amazing experience in their store as well as a very happy wife. I would highly recommend Roset to anyone looking for jewelry as I could literally not say enough good things about my experience at this store.
