    I would give this place zero stars! absolutely terrible. I took a watch there to get the battery replaced and they couldn't get the back off, but managed to scratch the living hell out of the back of the watch which had a custom engraving on it. They didn't say sorry or nothing about it. Very unprofessional and rude. Thanks a lot

    They deserve a zero score there customer service is awful. They treat you with zero respect. Highly recommend going somewhere else. There jewerlies pretty but the people working are far from nice.
