    We recently purchased a sectional sofa from leon’s Medicine Hat. The salesperson Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly. The office girl Jen was so kind and helpful when finishing our transaction.. I will definitely be back for more furniture and appliances. Keep up the great work Leon’s Medicine Hat..

    Several things happened when we received such horrible service from your store. 1 the time my husband booked off work was to serve a purpose which we had though we had accomplished was for nothing just a waste of fuel, time and energy at the busiest time of year. 2 we spend Christmas with family over..... and no living room furniture in our main floor living room. Don't worry this story and supporting video lightened the mood. 3 my husband then went and ordered 14k in a living room set with power recliners/ dining room set with 6 seat plus 4 tall chair that sit around the mail floor bar and bed room set and art work from your competitor. Good job in letting that $140.00 stand in your way of repeat business.

    We went there to buy a couch that was on sale (from 4000,- down to 3000,-). The sales man (Sam) checked the availability and came back and said that the floor model is the last one that they have and that they can't order any more because this item is discontinued... The next day we came back and figured, if they give us another discount (since its obviously not brand new anymore...), we would buy this couch. The same guy approached us and I asked him what his last price with the taxes included would be. He asked for a moment and than came back with roughly another 800 dollars off. We agreed to buy it and get it delivered to our place. That's when I think he started to dislike the idea of selling it to us for less than the sale price. He tried to push a 200,- protective plan on us, since we have 4 kids and kids are kids and would probably destroy it in no time... blah blah... anyways. We said no, paid for it and drove back home. An hour later he phones me and tells me, that he made a huge mistake and that we would have to pay another 800 dollar plus taxes to finish this transaction... really?? I told him, that if they can get us a brand new one we would pay it, but not for the floor model that might be years old and where probably a couple of thousand other people have been sitting on... he said that they can't help me here and we would get only this used one for the price of a brand new one since the actual sale was already a heck of a deal... I than said we cancel this order and I want our money back... but for that I would had to come back to their store... the thing is, we live out in the country and the drive there is 25 minutes one way. I figured, I'll be going back there one more time and it not going to be another purchase... The Brick surely does have some nice couches as well!!

    We were followed around the store by a man that seemingly had little knowledge about your products. Noting things clearly visable, like we weren't quite smart enough to figure out what was power, what wasn't. While other staff, overstaffed even, stood in huddles reminiscing about the night before.

    Excellent customer service from everyone. I've bought alot of things from Leon's for my home and I will continue to go back. Great prices and financing options! Highly recommend :)

    After we decided on a couch and love seat set he told us that is was a larger set and that it likely wouldn't fit into our home. He also told us if it didn't fit we couldn't return them. We decided on another couch, love seat and two pieces of wall art plus a warrant for the set. Delivery charge is 50$ to Brooks. Only, we are just outside of Brooks. 7 minutes outside of Brooks at Lake Newell Resort. This changed the delivery to $80.00 on what was a $2800.00 order. We said that we didn't want to pay that extra $30 after 20 minutes he returned to tell us they couldn't budge on that extra $30.00. At this point we've already invested several hours in your store. My husband as booked the time off work to get new furniture for our new home that we were to take possession of on Dec 20th. Plus this set can be delivered by Dec 22nd. Which is perfect! Which is what we needed. We decide not to let $30 more dollars stand in our way of our new furniture. We go forward with our deal as signed off on the attached. We paid 2818 for those items and signed that our furniture would be delivered that coming Friday Dec 22nd 2017 We take our art work and leave Medicine Hat. Fuming from the horrible experience we just had. When we get a phone call, over an hour later. Apparently an adding error on your end was going to cost us an additional $140.00. We said no. You are bound by the four corners of your contract. We will not pay that. They put another man on the phone who gave us the choice of either paying the $140.00 or you wouldn't be dropping off OUR furniture or we could drive the hour back to your store to return the art work we just spent hours choosing and all our money would be returned. Truly appalling.
