  Was quoted a price on the phone and when I got there it was 20 dollars more, asked about price difference and the older fella was ignorant and rude. Will only come back as a last resort.

  I have never had such a bad customer experience in my life as i did today at Part Source Medicine Hat. Randy is the rudest person i have ever dealt with.... I will be canceling my account tomorrow and Parts Source will never see another dime from Me. The customer service and the Medicine hat store has been getting very bad in the last 3 or 4 years but Randy took it to a whole new level..... If you Know me give me a call and i will tell you all about it.

  Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable! Only had one issue when they weren't able to find a specific type of oil I required for my Jeep. No big deal, because I have been back many, many times since!

  My friend had a problem with her car. She went in and the staff retrieved the trouble codes from her ECU, and gave her an idea of what might be wrong. They were correct.
