  I called the local branch for a vehicle and I was given completely different information. There are no unlimited kilometres and the daily rates are significantly higher than what is advertised.

  Seating for customers in the office are gunky and covered with gum on the sides. The representatives seem disinterested to help me rent a car as they were looking at their phones when talking to me and provided inconsistent information.

  When I told the employee that I came here to rent a truck , I was told to wait while this person continued selling cosmetics. After waiting for abit I decided to leave. If it were not for the uniform I thought I came to the wrong business.

  Ok.... so after being in an accident we didn't know what to do.. Melissa from discount car rental Medicine Hat took everything on her shoulders and did absolutely everything!!! From getting us set up in a great vehicle and dealing with our insurance company so we didn't have to, just making life easier.
