  I arrived at the service department at Parkcity Toyota, unannounced, during a cross country trip from southwestern Ontario to Victoria BC. I had my Lexus RX350 serviced in Ontario a week prior to my trip and the exhaust system was replaced. When I arrived in Medicine Hat, I heard some rattling from under the car. After just a couple minutes the service technicians discovered that a component of the exhaust hadn't been fastened during the installation in Ontario last week. They fixed it immediately and even allowed my unruly dog who was travelling with me to wait in the waiting area. I am ecstatic to be able to safely continue my journey, thanks to the service team!   It just wasn't the place for our situation to work out at. We are all unique in our purchases of cars. Nice staff and the Tacoma is sexy.

  I have had a wonderful experience with Cindy Chapman and other staff when purchasing a new car. It was great that someone takes the tome to explain things to you that you just don't know.
