    When searching "rbc medicine hat", the placement for "C" is incorrect. Go with the placement for "D" which is the correct address/location of the RBC on 13 Ave. SE

    Today, I wanted to phone the branch to move my appointment time. I had to listen to about a minute of electronic option, having to press different numbers to try and get to speak to someone. I don't think I ever want to call the bank again!!

    I was quite impressed. I wanted to make an appointment to add a USD account to my account list. I got a bit annoyed with the voice system, thinking 'just get me to the branch reception', but when the guy came on, he could handle it all over the phone, and I didn't have to go to the branch at all. Took about 5 minutes, most of that being security questions and going thru the two different account options, and he asked me to log into my webbanking, and done.
